Your Responsibilities:
Back Office Tasks:
- Responsible for the communication with our guests
- Handling requests and taking reservations via phone and email
- Co-managing the restaurant’s mailbox
- Preparing and maintaining the restaurant's menus
- Assisting in organizing events
Service Tasks:
- Creating a warm atmosphere and positive first impression
- Seating guests according to the table plan and presenting the menu
- Handling walk-in guests based on availability
Your skills:
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- A friendly and welcoming soul with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
