- Daily preparation of fresh pasta
- Maintaining high-quality food standards
Your Qualifications:
- Working experience as a pasta maker or in a comparable position
- Experience with Italian fresh pasta and with the Imperia Pasta-Machine
- English skills are a must - Italian and other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Cook school diploma would be an advantage
